We are looking for a Principal Analog Engineer with deep expertise in Analog & Power IC design . This is a high-impact technical leadership role with complete ownership of product development — from specifications to production — while mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge PMICs (Linear & Switching DC-DC converters) powering next-generation smartphones and handheld devices , and to influence the long-term direction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Power IC design (spec → design → silicon → PRA → production)
Architect and develop Switching & Linear Power Converters
Break down system-level requirements into block-level specifications and lead execution
Guide development of complex analog IPs including:
Charge Pumps (+ve/-ve), Source-Sink LDOs
Ultra-low power oscillators (Relaxation type)
Current Sense, SAR ADCs, Temperature Sensors
Protection blocks (OV/UV/OC/Thermal)
Bandgap, V2I, Op-Amps, Comparators, Buffers, Level Shifters
Lead control loop architecture selection, design & compensation
Drive silicon debug , root cause analysis, and design-to-silicon correlation




Mentor junior engineers and establish strong design methodologies & flows
Collaborate cross-functionally for successful IC integration and delivery
Required Experience & Skills
15+ years of Analog / Power IC design experience
Proven track record of delivering multiple switching power ICs to production
Deep expertise in high-current / high-power switching converters
Strong understanding of power devices , reliability, and design trade-offs
Excellent knowledge of control loop architectures (Current Mode, COT, Fixed Frequency, etc.)
Strong background in analog layout , noise isolation, FET layouts, and floorplanning
Expertise in simulation, extraction, parasitic-aware design , and tool optimization
Hands-on experience with ESD, LU, I/O ring protection
Ability to innovate to meet aggressive performance and power targets
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Full-chip ownership experience: Design → Verification → Silicon Validation → Debug → Production
Robust technical leadership with a mentoring mindset
Passion for quality silicon and engineering excellence
