Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance UI/UX experiences on SharePoint intranet portals.
Build and manage automated workflows using Power Automate and SharePoint workflow solutions.
Leverage SharePoint Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) features to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
Enhance SharePoint UI using non-native frameworks such as React, HTML, and CSS where required.
Integrate AI capabilities with SharePoint, including Copilot-based solutions.
Perform testing and validation , including functional testing, workflow testing, load testing, and UAT.
Manage user access, permissions, and governance within SharePoint environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SharePoint solutions.
Ensure adherence to best practices for usability, performance, and security.
Skills Required
Robust experience in UI/UX development on SharePoint
Power Automate and workflow management
SharePoint Out-of-the-Box solutions
End-to-end SharePoint intranet development
UI/UX enhancement using React, HTML, CSS
AI integrations with SharePoint
Testing & validation: functional, load, workflow testing, UAT
User access management and permissions handling
