We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who understands that design in an agency is not decoration, it’s communication with intent .
This role is for someone who has grown inside an advertising agency environment , can translate briefs into strong visual systems, and collaborate closely with content, strategy, and performance teams.
You’ll lead design thinking for brands, not just execute layouts.

Key Responsibilities
Create visual identities, campaign creatives, and digital assets
Translate brand strategy and briefs into high-impact design outputs
Design for social media, performance ads,



websites, and campaigns
Collaborate on-site with content strategists, copywriters, and marketers
Maintain brand consistency, design quality, and timelines
Guide and review work of junior designers when required

What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in an advertising/digital agency
Strong portfolio across digital, social, and campaign creatives
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Clear understanding of design for performance and branding
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site agency setup
