Daily Operations
Develop strong process understanding.
Draft, finalize, and deploy SWIFT communications.
Create and maintain training materials (decks, QRGs, SOPs).
Manage the SWIFT communications mailbox.
Coordinate FinOps meetings and informational sessions.
Engage stakeholders to gather inputs for deliverables.
Set up new interfirm clients and administer the engagement creation bot.
Maintain SWIFT and Global Finance (CTC & PTP) intranet sites.
Handle ad hoc requests as needed.
Project Management
Support and drive FinOps-led initiatives.
Develop and maintain project documentation (business cases, plans, trackers, notes, status reports).
Teaming
Collaborate effectively with leadership and stakeholders across the firm.




Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance required; Master’s preferred or equivalent experience.
6–8 years of relevant experience in a global, matrixed environment.
Solid understanding of finance processes (AP/AR, CTC/PTP).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to translate complex processes into clear documentation and training materials.
Strong collaboration skills using MS Teams.
Self-starter with strong ownership, technical aptitude, and relationship-building skills
