Role Description
Looking for a qualified experienced in drafting and representing banking-related financial grievances before RBI Banking Ombudsman / CMS, including subsidy-linked housing finance disputes.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banking Ombudsman Representation Specialist located in Surat. The role involves handling customer grievances related to banking services, preparing and submitting comprehensive representation to the bank and RBI Banking Ombudsman, and ensuring timely resolution of cases. Core skill required are Banking grievance drafting and Representation against banks.

Qualifications




Excellent communication and writing skills, with a strong focus on customer interaction and case documentation
Knowledge of banking operations, banking regulations, and consumer rights
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research, compile, and present detailed case information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel for documentation and data management
Ability to work collaboratively in team settings and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Educational background in law, finance, or business administration is a plus
Previous experience handling compliance or grievance cases will be considered an advantage

Key Responsibilities
Draft RBI Banking Ombudsman complaints and rebuttals
Prepare representations against banks on factual and regulatory grounds
Analyze bank replies and prepare structured rejoinders
