Role Overview Aryam Design & Build Pvt. Ltd. is a multinational building design and structural consultancy firm delivering projects for the USA and UK markets . As part of our India expansion, we are hiring a high-calibre hybrid professional who can operate across sales, business development, and project coordination .
This is a strategic, growth-oriented role suited for professionals who can drive client acquisition while ensuring disciplined project execution and delivery governance.

Core Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Identify and generate leads for building design and structural consultancy services in USA and UK markets.
Build relationships with architects, developers, contractors, consultants, and real estate firms.
Lead outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development.
Prepare capability decks, proposals, and commercial documentation.
Coordinate deal structuring, negotiations, and closures with leadership.
Maintain structured CRM, lead tracking, and reporting systems.
Project Coordination & Delivery Management Coordinate multiple international building and structural design projects
Act as a single-point interface between clients,



engineering teams, drafting teams, and management
Manage project schedules, milestones, and delivery governance
Track submissions, revisions, RFIs, and change management
Ensure documentation control, reporting accuracy, and version management
Lead coordination meetings and prepare qualified MOMs
Support QA/QC processes prior to client submissions
Assist in resource planning and delivery optimization.

Candidate ProfileEducation Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or related discipline
Experience 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, project coordination, or AEC consulting
Exposure to international clients/projects (USA/UK) is a strong advantage
Competencies Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management
Commercial acumen with operational execution capability
Structured, process-driven working style
Ability to manage parallel responsibilities across sales and delivery
Understanding of building design / structural consultancy workflows
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, project trackers
AutoCAD/Revit exposure preferred (not mandatory)
