About the Role
TTEC is hiring Customer Service Representatives (English Voice) to support U.S.-based customers. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experience through professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication.
You will be part of TTEC’s award-winning work culture that believes in bringing humanity to business .
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from U.S. customers
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Provide accurate information using defined tools and processes
Upsell products/services to existing customers when required
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and first-call resolution
Eligibility Criteria
Fluent English communication (B2 level required)
Minimum 1 year of US voice customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer knowledge and system handling skills
Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment
Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
