Product UX Designer
Location & Type: Delhi, Full time

We’re looking for a UX-driven UI/UX Designer who thinks beyond screens and visuals - someone who can understand complex workflows, user intent, and system behavior , and translate them into intuitive, scalable experiences.

This role leans strongly towards UX : research, flows, interaction design, and system thinking. Visual design is important, but usability, clarity, and logic come first .

Key Responsibilities

UX & Product Thinking

Own the end-to-end UX process : user research, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
Break down complex AI-driven workflows into simple, human-friendly experiences
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, AI teams, and founders to shape product decisions early
Design user flows for B2B SaaS platforms , dashboards, and enterprise tools
Validate design decisions using user insights, feedback, and testing

Interaction & Interface Design

Translate UX concepts into high-fidelity UI designs aligned with Griphic’s premium, deep-tech brand language
Design interaction patterns, micro-interactions, and states (empty, loading, error, success)
Maintain consistency across products using design systems and components

Design Systems & Documentation

Contribute to and evolve design systems, UX patterns, and documentation
Ensure designs are scalable, accessible, and developer-friendly

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design for digital products
Robust portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving ,



not just visual design
Solid understanding of:
-User research & usability testing
-Information architecture & interaction design
-B2B SaaS or complex product workflows
Proficiency in tools like Figma (mandatory), FigJam, or similar
Ability to explain and defend design decisions with logic and user reasoning
Experience working closely with developers and product teams

Good to Have (Bonus)

Experience designing for AI-driven or data-heavy products
Exposure to enterprise, HR tech, or productivity tools
Basic knowledge of graphic designing
Basic understanding of coding (CSS, JavaScript, HTML etc.)
Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
Experience contributing to or building design systems from scratch
