Role Description

Qualifications
Proficient in Customer Service and achieving Customer Satisfaction goals
Robust skills in Communication and team leadership
Experience in Store Management, including staff scheduling, sales tracking, and operational efficiency
Familiarity with Retail Loss Prevention practices and protocols
Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to meet sales targets
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Previous experience in a retail environment is highly beneficial
