About the Role
Invespy is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and product development. You will play a key role in shaping the technical roadmap, building scalable systems, and working closely with the founding team to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the company’s technology vision and roadmap
Lead architecture decisions and ensure scalability, security, and performance
Oversee product development, engineering processes, and technical delivery
Build, mentor, and manage engineering teams
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams to align technical execution with company goals
Ensure best practices in code quality, security,



and infrastructure

Requirements
8+ years of experience in software development, with leadership experience
Strong hands-on experience with modern web or cloud-based architectures
Proven ability to lead engineering teams in a startup or scale-up environment
Experience making high-level architectural and infrastructure decisions
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to Have
Experience building SaaS or fintech platforms
Prior startup or founder experience
Exposure to AI, data platforms, or analytics tools
