Job Overview:

We are seeking a agile, detail-oriented, and client-focused Client Servicing Manager to join our growing team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in client servicing, digital media knowledge, and excellent communication skills who are ready to manage big brands and lead client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

Project Management:
Oversee and coordinate the execution of campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations, deadlines, and budgets.

Digital Media Expertise:
Leverage your knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising, and content creation, to create effective campaigns that align with client goals.





Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including creatives, designers, and media planners to deliver successful campaigns.

Reporting & Analytics:
Provide clients with regular updates on campaign performance, providing insights, reports, and suggestions for optimization.

Client Presentations & Communication:
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to clients, articulating campaign strategies, results, and opportunities for growth.

Brand Stewardship:
Ensure brand guidelines and messaging consistency across all client campaigns, working closely with the creative team.

Problem Solving:
Proactively address any client concerns or issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining a positive working relationship.
