We are seeking a seasoned SAP Delivery Partner with 20+ years of experience in IT Services, specializing in SAP program delivery and transformation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA and ECC implementations, managing complex migrations, and driving organizational success through strategic delivery leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery Leadership
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP programs, including S/4HANA and ECC implementations.
Drive successful migration of SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Cloud in complex, multi-instance environments.
Ensure delivery excellence across multiple projects, meeting scope, timeline, and quality objectives.
Strategic Leadership & GTM
Define and execute regional strategy for SAP S/4HANA adoption and transformation.
Collaborate with business leaders to build and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for SAP services.
Align delivery outcomes with organizational growth objectives and client success metrics.
Stakeholder Management
Facilitate decision-making across internal teams, external System Integrators (SI), and SAP partners.
Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment of delivery with business priorities.
Act as a key liaison between clients, delivery teams, and technology partners.
Team & P&L; Management
Manage large,



diverse delivery teams across geographies, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Take ownership of P&L; responsibilities, ensuring financial health and profitability of SAP programs.

Required Experience & Skills
20+ years of IT Services experience with a robust SAP career foundation.
Proven delivery of 3–4 large-scale SAP S/4HANA and ECC projects in recent years.
Demonstrated expertise in SAP ECC to S/4HANA Cloud migration in complex, multi-instance environments.
Strong track record of managing large teams (100+ FTEs) and leading global delivery organizations.
Experience with P&L; ownership , financial governance, and operational excellence.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence across internal teams, SIs, and SAP partners.
Strategic thinker with ability to define and execute GTM strategies for SAP services.
