We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a strong design sensibility and on-ground execution expertise to lead high-end residential and selective commercial projects .
Role Overview As a Senior Interior Designer, you will take complete ownership of luxury projects —from concept ideation to flawless site execution—while maintaining the studio’s design language and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities Lead luxury interior projects from concept design to handover
Create refined design narratives, mood boards, and material palettes
Develop and review high-precision drawings (layouts, details, BOQs)
Translate design intent into site-ready execution details
Coordinate with premium vendors, craftsmen, and consultants
Conduct regular site visits to ensure finish quality and detailing accuracy
Manage timelines, budgets, and quality control for high-value projects




Guide and mentor junior designers to uphold studio standards
Required Experience & Skills 6–10 years of experience in luxury residential / boutique commercial interiors
Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop
Deep understanding of luxury materials, finishes, lighting, and custom detailing
Proven experience handling site execution independently
Excellent client handling and presentation skills
Sharp eye for minimal aesthetics, proportions, and detailing
