Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain customized NetSuite solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SuiteScript, workflows, integrations, and system optimization to support business processes and improve overall platform efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and deploy customizations using SuiteScript (1.0/2.0).
• Customize and maintain NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and forms.
• Integrate NetSuite with external systems using REST/SOAP web services.
• Troubleshoot system issues, manage enhancements, and support end users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements.
• Optimize and automate business processes within NetSuite.
• Manage sandbox refresh cycles, releases, and version upgrades.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the system.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and user guides.
Required Skills & Experience:




• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Developer (depending on seniority).
• Strong expertise in SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration platforms (Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft, etc.).
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, SCM, CRM, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay.
• Knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML, and web technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• NetSuite Developer / Administrator certification.
• Experience with SuiteAnalytics or NetSuite OneWorld.
• Background in ERP implementation or support.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
