Siddhim Global School is an upcoming girls’ residential school in Dudu, Rajasthan, rooted in Indian values and future-ready learning. Housemistress Provide pastoral care and supervise daily boarding routines
Ensure discipline, safety, wellbeing, safeguarding, and a positive hostel culture
Act as guardian and primary point of contact for students
Conduct regular student check-ins and maintain records
Manage conflicts, emergencies, and crisis situations
Teach an assigned subject and coordinate with academic staff
Work closely with the Matron and School Nurse
Communicate effectively with parents
Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed.
Experience in a residential school preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and counselling skills
Emotionally mature with a calm disposition

Matron Manage hostel housekeeping and hygiene standards
Supervise housekeeping and support staff
Ensure cleanliness of dormitories, washrooms, and common areas
Monitor students’ daily comfort needs (clothing, bedding, laundry)
Maintain inventory of hostel supplies
Support students during illness or discomfort
Coordinate with the Housemistress and School Nurse
Interact with parents regarding student welfare when required
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Maintain hostel operation records and support emergency preparedness
Minimum Graduate
Residential school experience preferred




Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Organised, detail-oriented, caring yet firm temperament
Physically fit to manage hostel operations

Sports Coordinator Develop and implement engaging sports programmes
Coach and mentor students across sports disciplines
Ensure adherence to sports safety protocols and first aid
B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed from a recognised institution
Sports coaching certifications preferred
Minimum 5 years of school-level coaching experience

Science (Physics) / STEM Teacher Design and implement hands-on STEM programmes
Integrate science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through real-world projects
Use digital tools, simulations, and educational technology
B.Tech / B.E. in engineering or technology (any branch)
Prior exposure to STEM programmes preferred
Comfortable using digital learning tools

Art & Design Educator Develop and implement 2D and 3D art and design curriculum
Use physical materials and digital tools/software
Integrate art into interdisciplinary learning projects
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or Design

English & Social Science Teacher Develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
Build strong communication and presentation abilities
Design and run creative writing and public speaking programmes
B.A./M.A. English with B.Ed. (mandatory)
Experience teaching at primary or middle school level
Cambridge / IELTS / TESOL certification is an added advantage

Hindi & Sanskrit Teacher Develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
Build strong communication and presentation abilities
Design and run language enrichment programmes
B.A./M.A. Hindi or Sanskrit with B.Ed. (mandatory)
Experience teaching at primary or middle school level

Music Educator (Indian & Western Music) Design and run an engaging music curriculum
Form choirs, bands, and ensembles
Indian Music: Prabhakar / Visharad / Alankar or B.A./M.A. in Hindustani Music
Western Music:



Trinity / ABRSM / Rockschool / LCM (Grade 6+) or Diploma/Degree
Proficiency in vocal and/or instrumental performance
Experience teaching children
Ability to use digital tools for composition and recording preferred

Dance Educator Develop and implement an engaging dance curriculum
Degree or Diploma in Kathak, Bharatanatyam, Odissi, or Contemporary Dance
or certification from recognised institutions
Minimum 5 years of formal training and teaching experience

Social Media Manager Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the school’s brand
Monitor accounts, respond to messages, and manage community interactions
Coordinate with internal teams for events, academics, and campus life content
Track performance metrics and prepare reports
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Media
2–4 years of experience managing social media for an organisation
Familiarity with content calendars and analytics tools

Graphic Designer Design visual assets for digital and print platforms
Collaborate with content and marketing teams
Maintain brand consistency across all designs
Edit and revise designs based on feedback
Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or Visual Communication
2–4 years of professional experience
Strong portfolio across multiple formats
Proficiency in Adobe or equivalent design tools

Copywriter Write content for social media, website, brochures, and newsletters
Edit and proofread for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
Adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms
Collaborate with designers and marketing teams
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing
2–4 years of copywriting or content writing experience
Strong command of grammar and storytelling

Post – Store In-Charge cum Billing Engineer Receive, inspect, and record materials as per approved documents
Maintain daily inward, outward, and balance stock registers
Ensure proper storage, labeling, safety, and housekeeping
Issue materials only against authorised requisitions
Monitor minimum stock levels and raise indents in advance
Coordinate with suppliers and report discrepancies
Support audits and maintain store, vendor, and billing records
