As a Corporate Relations & Placement Intern, you’ll work at the intersection of learners, hiring companies, and internal teams to ensure smooth hiring journeys and strong career outcomes. This role gives you hands-on exposure to corporate partnerships, placement coordination, and real-world hiring dynamics.

What you’ll work on

This role combines coordination, communication, and ownership.

Placement & Learner Coordination
Support learners through the placement journey—from opportunity mapping to interview outcomes
Coordinate mock interviews, resume reviews, counseling sessions, and hiring communications
Share timely updates with learners on interview schedules, feedback, and next steps

Corporate & College Outreach
Support outreach to hiring partners, colleges, and recruiters
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners
Use LinkedIn and other platforms for research, outreach, and coordination

Process, Ops & Data
Manage day-to-day placement operations to ensure timelines are met
Maintain placement trackers, reports, and basic analytics
Support hiring drives, placement events, and coordination between stakeholders





Stakeholder Communication & Brand Experience
Act as a point of contact between learners, recruiters, and internal teams
Ensure all communication reflects Airtribe’s professionalism and brand values
Help create a smooth, respectful experience for learners and partners alike

Nice to have (not mandatory):
Exposure to placements, recruitment, or corporate relations
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, and basic reporting
Prior internship or college placement cell experience
