Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate marketing and branding needs into visually compelling designs. You will play a key role in creating graphics for digital and print channels while ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

Key Responsibilities

Design a variety of marketing materials including YouTube thumbnails, social media creatives, presentations, brochures,



infographics, and digital ads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and deliver impactful designs.
Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the team.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across digital and print media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or equivalent tools).
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design platforms is a plus.
Solid attention to detail, typography, layout, and color theory.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.
