Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
Compensation: â‚ą45-50LPA. Can be slightly better for the right candidate

Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Associate Director with proven delivery experience in the BFSI vertical and deep expertise across Data & Analytics (D&A;) service lines.
This role is designed for a delivery leader who has successfully executed complex BFSI data programs —covering data engineering, analytics, regulatory reporting, risk, compliance, and enterprise BI—while operating within banking-grade governance, security, and quality standards .

You will own end-to-end delivery accountability , lead multi-disciplinary data teams, and act as a trusted partner to BFSI clients across Data Modernization, Analytics Platforms, AI/ML enablement, and Reporting Transformation initiatives.

âś… Key Responsibilities
BFSI-Focused Delivery Leadership
Lead and govern Data & Analytics programs for BFSI clients (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance).
Deliver initiatives across risk & compliance, regulatory reporting, customer analytics, fraud analytics, finance & treasury data, and operational MIS .
Ensure adherence to BFSI regulatory, security, and data privacy standards (data controls, auditability, traceability).
Data & Analytics Program Delivery
Own end-to-end delivery of data engineering, data analytics, BI,



and cloud data platform engagements .
Drive delivery excellence across data ingestion, ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud data warehouses, lakehouse architectures, and real-time analytics .
Define delivery frameworks, success KPIs, quality gates, and governance models tailored for BFSI programs.
Architecture & Technical Oversight
Provide technical leadership across Azure / AWS data ecosystems including:
Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue
Snowflake, Databricks, Big Data platforms
Spark, SQL, Python
Review and approve solution architectures, data models, and implementation approaches.
Guide teams on scalability, performance, data quality, lineage, and reconciliation.
People & Delivery Management
Lead and mentor data engineers, analysts, architects, and technical leads .
Own team capacity planning, hiring, onboarding, ramp-up / ramp-down for BFSI accounts.
Build strong delivery culture focused on predictability, accountability, and continuous improvement .
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary delivery interface for senior BFSI stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into executable data roadmaps.
Participate in steering committees, delivery reviews,



and escalation management.
Governance, Risk & Quality Assurance
Implement strong delivery governance, documentation, and audit-ready processes.
Ensure data quality frameworks, lineage tracking, validation, and security controls are embedded in delivery.
Proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, and compliance obligations.
Advanced Analytics & AI Enablement
Provide strategic direction on advanced analytics, AI/ML use cases, and intelligent automation within BFSI.
Support adoption of AI-driven insights, predictive models, and data products .

âś… Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of experience in Data & Analytics delivery , with significant BFSI domain exposure .
Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale BFSI data programs .
Strong hands-on and leadership experience across:
Cloud data platforms (Azure / AWS)
Distributed processing (Spark, Databricks)
SQL, Python, ETL/ELT frameworks
Solid understanding of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and enterprise reporting.
Experience with data governance, metadata management, data quality, and MDM .
Proven ability to manage large, distributed teams and complex client engagements.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
