The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for construction roles, and a deep understanding of the industry’s unique requirements and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and hire top talent for various roles within the construction sector.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices within the construction sector.
Reporting: Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 years focused in USA.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong understanding of the construction industry and its specific hiring needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment software.
