We’re Hiring | Senior Manager – Delivery Performance (CPL & CPS)
Nextagmedia is looking for a seasoned performance marketing leader with strong experience in CPL & CPS campaigns and a solid background in the advertising / digital media agency ecosystem .
What you’ll do:
Own end-to-end delivery of CPL & CPS campaigns (web & app)
Optimize performance across affiliates, ad networks, Google, Meta & programmatic platforms
Lead media buying initiatives and onboard new affiliate, publisher, and media partners to scale delivery
Manage lead quality, fraud checks, and real-time delivery optimization
Work on India & global campaigns aligned to client KPIs
What we’re looking for:
3+ years in performance marketing (agency/ad network experience mandatory)
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, media buying & traffic monetization
Hands-on with GA, Meta Ads, Google ads
Data-driven, rapid-paced, result-oriented mindset
