Key Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams focused on cloud modernization.
Facilitate core Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.
Manage team financials and Operational / Agile KPI’s to measure and monitor team delivery and efficiency
Guide teams in Agile best practices and ensure consistent adoption across squads.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
Identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating when necessary.
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Support adoption of cloud-native tools and practices aligned with enterprise standards.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Coach and mentor junior Scrum Masters and team members to build agile capabilities and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills & Experience :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban principles and practices.
5+ years of experience in project management, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of complex AI & Data Engineering initiatives within Agile frameworks.




3+ years of experience leading within a Data organization focused on implementation of Large-Scale AI and/or Data & Analytics Cloud Transformation initiatives.
3+ years of experience leading initiatives with cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and aligning project outcomes with business objectives & timelines
3+ years of experience implementing best practices and standards related to Agile product development.
3+ years of experience leading others with the ability to earn trust while still challenging the team to improve and operate outside its comfort zone in an Agile environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and alignment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
Demonstrated ability to take hands-on approach and actively contribute to overall team success and achieve goals.
Financial acumen with ability to understand and manage budgets, track financial metrics and ensure alignment of project deliverables with financial objective.

Nice to Have
Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
Certifications in AI, or GCP or Snowflake
