Job Summary
The Enterprise Application Qualified will be responsible for leading and managing the organization’s enterprise applications landscape and driving digital transformation initiatives. The role requires strategic oversight, large-scale platform migration experience, and hands-on leadership across multiple enterprise technologies.
Core Responsibilities
Lead and manage all enterprise platforms, IT applications, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Drive large-scale enterprise application and platform migration programs, ensuring minimal business disruption.
Oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise systems including SAP, Salesforce, web and mobile applications.
Provide strategic direction for application architecture, modernization, scalability, and performance.
Manage databases, APIs, and system integrations to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with IT audits, data governance standards, and access control policies.




Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align IT solutions with business objectives.
Lead vendor management, system integrators, and cross-functional internal teams.
Ensure application security, reliability, and adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
Mentor and develop high-performing application and technology teams.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech).

Experience Requirements
Minimum 12+ years of overall IT experience.
Proven experience in managing large-scale enterprise application environments.
Strong track record of implementing and managing SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms.

SAP, Salesforce, Web Applications, Mobile Applications, Databases, APIs, IT Audits, Data Governance & Access Controls
