Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for a Store Sales & Operational Executive. The role involves managing day-to-day store operations, providing excellent customer service, driving retail sales, and administering training for staff. Key responsibilities also include maintaining organized and effective store operations, ensuring proper inventory levels, and supporting an efficient and customer-friendly environment.

Qualifications
Robust Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Retail Sales and ability to achieve sales targets
Organizational Skills to maintain a well-coordinated store environment
Capability to train and mentor team members effectively
Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, on-site retail setting
Previous experience in retail or sales operations is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or operations are a bonus
