Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer with hands-on experience in building,
customizing, and enhancing business applications on the Microsoft stack. The ideal candidate
should have strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and experience working on
end-to-end CRM/Power Platform implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize applications using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power
Automate, Power Pages, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Customize CRM components including entities/tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules,
and workflows.
- Develop Power Automate flows, plug-ins,



custom workflows, and integrations.
- Build canvas apps and model-driven apps with responsive UI and reusable components.
- Integrate Power Platform apps with external systems using connectors, REST APIs, Azure
services, and custom connectors.
- Perform solution management, deployments, and ALM activities.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance across environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 CE
development.
- Strong experience with Power Apps (canvas & model-driven).
- Expertise in Power Automate (cloud flows, business process flows).
- Good understanding of Dataverse, security roles, and data management.
- Experience with JavaScript, C#, plugins, web resources, and CRM SDK.
- Knowledge of solution export/import, environment management, and ALM best practices.
- Experience integrating Power Platform or CRM with external systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or similar cloud technologies (preferred).

Nice to Have
- Experience with Power Pages / Power Virtual Agents.
- Knowledge of Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600, MB-210, etc.).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery practices

CTC: 8–15 lakhs per annum
