Role: US IT Recruiter
Location: Sector 63 Noida (On-Site)
Shift: US Shift

Education: Bachelor’s degree required (BBA, BCA, B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Work on W2 and full-time requirements
Source candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster
Screen resumes and conduct initial technical/behavioral evaluations
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates & hiring managers
Maintain strong candidate relationships and pipeline
Required Skills
Experience in US IT recruitment
Strong understanding of technologies (Cloud, Data, AI, DevOps, ERP, etc.)
Knowledge of US work authorizations (GC, USC, H1B, GC-EAD)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
Good to Have
Experience working with implementation partners
