Shift Timings: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST shift

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to play a key role in strengthening our enterprise architecture governance, ensuring global roadmap alignment, and enabling business-driven technology decisions.
The role will focus on capability-based planning, application lifecycle management, and architecture standards

Key Responsibilities
•Support EA governance using LeanIX
•Perform capability mapping and application lifecycle management
•Define architecture standards, guardrails, and operating models
•Ensure alignment across global initiatives and roadmaps
•Support application rationalisation and long-term planning

Required Skills & Experience




3–8 years of proven experience as an Enterprise Architecture.
Hands-on experience with LeanIX or similar Enterprise Architecture tools.
Strong understanding of:
Capability-based planning
Business capability modelling
Application portfolio management
Ability to translate business requirements and strategy into technical architecture roadmaps.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex, enterprise-wide landscapes.

Valuable to Have
Experience working in global or large-scale enterprise environments.
Exposure to hybrid and cloud operating models (on-prem, private cloud, public cloud).
