Role: Associate -Claim Processing (BPO 1/2)-Back Office Operations

Must-Have:
UK Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes
Claim Processing
Knowledge of DB pensions claim processing.
Operations & SLA Discipline
Process & SOP Management

Key Responsibilities

Claim Processing
Process and validate member events for one or more of the processes below -
Retirement (including Ill Health)
Bereavement (including death processing for Active, Deferred, and Retired members) Death of beneficiaries, ex-spouses etc.
Transfers (including Transfer in and Transfer Out for both Club & Non-club and CETV)
Process and validate events for Pension on Divorce, Benefits Authorizations, Elections, Re-employment and other key pension processes

Internal Quality & Compliance




Adhere to QA frameworks (peer checks, RCA) and maintain full audit trails.
Comply with UK pensions administration standards and client governance requirements.
Stakeholder & Client Communication
Provide clear, timely, and professional written communication to internal teams and clients.
Manage escalations and support complaint resolution effectively.
Risk Identification & Mitigation
Identify operational risks (data quality issues, calculation errors, SLA breaches) and escalate promptly.
