We’re Hiring – Assistant Store Manager (Durgapur)

Position: Assistant Store Manager
CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities :
* Assist in daily store operations and staff management
* Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service
* Manage billing, inventory, and stock movement
* Support store sales targets and promotional activities
* Ensure store cleanliness and proper product display
* Coordinate with Head Office for reports and updates

Qualifications:
* Graduate in any discipline

Requirements :
* 1–2 years of experience in retail/store operations (preferred)
* Active and hard-working freshers are also welcome to apply
* Positive communication and leadership skills
* Basic knowledge of billing and inventory systems
* Customer-focused and sales-driven mindset
* Ability to handle staff and multitask

Job Location: Durgapur
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience)
