About the Company

Our Client from the real estate industry is looking to hire a Marketing Lead to drive the end-to-end marketing charter for an upcoming real estate project in Hyderabad.

About the Role

This role requires a hands-on digital marketing expert with prior real estate experience, who can independently drive lead generation, EOIs, and bookings through digital channels, while also overseeing ATL/BTL launches, channel partner engagement, and on-ground marketing execution.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Own and execute the digital lead generation strategy across Google, Meta, portals, and other performance channels
Drive high-quality leads, site visits, EOIs, and bookings through digital campaigns
Manage agencies for media buying, creatives, landing pages, CRM integrations, and tracking

Project Launch Marketing (ATL / BTL)
Plan and execute project launch campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital
Manage outdoor, print, radio, on-ground activations, and launch events

Channel Partner (CP)



Marketing & Engagement
Drive CP-focused marketing initiatives to support sales velocity
Plan and execute CP meets, events, launch previews, and engagement programs

Marketing Communication & Content
Own the marketing communication framework for the project
Oversee creative development for digital ads, brochures, hoardings, films, and launch assets

Stakeholder & Budget Management
Manage marketing budgets with a clear ROI lens
Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership

Qualifications

Prior real estate project marketing exposure (mandatory)

Required Skills

Solid expertise in digital performance marketing (Google, Meta, lead funnels, CRM integration)
Proven track record of driving leads, site visits, EOIs, and bookings

Preferred Skills

Experience handling project launches (pre-launch, launch, sustenance)
