We’re looking for a Junior Backend Developer who’s excited to grow in the FinTech space and build real-world products that make an impact. If you have a foundation in Node.js and a strong willingness to learn, this role is for you!

⭐ What You’ll Do
Assist in building and maintaining backend services using Node.js & Express.js
Support the development of REST APIs
Write clean, readable, and well-structured code
Help optimize database queries (SQL & NoSQL)
Participate in debugging, testing, and fixing issues
Contribute to documentation for APIs and backend processes




Take part in code reviews and agile sprint meetings

⭐ What You Bring
1+ year of experience or strong experience in Backend Development
Working knowledge of Node.js and REST APIs
Basic understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), Git, and backend fundamentals
Familiarity with backend frameworks like Express.js, Django, or Flask
Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn

Basic exposure to Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), or CI/CD
Understanding of microservices architecture
Familiarity with Testing Tools and writing Unit Tests
