Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting processes in a energetic and growth-driven renewable energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally/ERP system
Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, journals)
Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly closing entries
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process vendor invoices and payments, ensuring timely clearance
Monitor accounts receivable, follow up with clients for payments
Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers
GST & Taxation Compliance
Prepare monthly GST working and returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)
Assist in TDS deduction, payment, and filing of returns
Support in income tax and other statutory filings
MIS & Reporting
Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets
Generate reports for internal management review and audits
Audit & Internal Controls
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors




Ensure compliance with internal financial control policies and procedures
Support documentation and audit readiness
Other Tasks
Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions
Assist in project-wise accounting and cost allocations
Liaise with banks and financial institutions for routine transactions
Key Requirements:
Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
Experience: 3–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the infrastructure, energy, or manufacturing sector
Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws
Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / MS Excel
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
Desirable Attributes:
Experience in a high-compliance and audit-intensive environment
Familiarity with renewable energy project accounting and capital expenditure tracking
Exposure to multi-location or project-based accounting
Compensation: As per industry standards, commensurate with experience
Joining: Immediate preferred / Within 30 days
