Job Responsibilities – GM - Finance & Accounts:
Experience: 15-20 years
Industry - Construction Mandatory
Location: Bangalore
Position: Based on your previous designation
CTC Range: ₹35 – 40 Lakhs

Candidate Criteria:
• Educational background: CA with MBA or M.Com (Finance)
• Industry experience: Construction industry only
• Market exposure: Bangalore
• Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 1 month

Heading Finance & Accounts Department with wide gamut of responsibilities
• Encompassing Business plan
• Budgeting
• Sourcing and allocation of funds
• Internal & Statutory Audits
• Tax structure & Compliances
• ERP & MIS
• Project Cost Management
• ERP Structuring and Implementation for all business segments of the Group
• Cash Flow Management, Project Cost Management & Variances Reporting.
• Develop Business plans,



Budget & Cash Flow of the project and corporate.
• Heading Finance, Accounts and Taxation,
• Costing and Financial analysis
• Raising Construction finance/Term loan/NCD’s including periodical compliances and pre-operating/pre-opening functions specially relating to setting up of business process re-engineering, including defining the business processes,
• Implementing various operating & financial systems, and involved in coordinating the upgradation of computerized workplace through a systematic review of existing process and presenting lot of inputs for an amendments / additions to cope with existing business needs and information to Management
