Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Solapur for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the sales process, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves consulting with clients to understand their needs,



providing exceptional customer service, and delivering training as required. Collaboration with team members to develop and implement sales strategies is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications
Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
Proven Sales experience and expertise in Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals.
Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to enhance overall performance.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in the hospitality, real estate, or related industries is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
