We’re looking for Freelance Business Development professionals who can help us grow our business.
Role Overview
As a Freelance Business Development Partner, you will:
Identify and connect with potential clients requiring eLearning / digital learning solutions
Pitch Pentonix’s offerings (custom eLearning, LMS-compatible content, instructional design, animations, assessments, etc.)
Generate qualified leads and close deals
Act as a bridge between the client and internal team during early discussions
Ideal Profile
Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (especially in eLearning)
Strong skilled network in corporates, startups, training firms, or educational institutions
Self-driven, independent, and comfortable working on a freelance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Work Model
Freelance / Remote
Flexible working hours
No fixed targets, but strong incentive for performance
