Are you a senior automation tester who believes quality is built in — not tested in at the end?

We’re looking for a Senior Software Automation Test Engineer to join a high-performance Agile/Scrum feature team , working side-by-side with developers as the quality advocate from day one. You’ll play a key role in shaping testing strategy, driving automation, and ensuring systems are robust, scalable, and production-ready through risk-based testing methodologies .

What you’ll be doing
Planning and executing end-to-end test activities , including automation script development, execution, and defect management
Collaborating closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Test Managers to assess scenarios and define requirements using Risk-Based Testing
Designing and maintaining test strategies, test plans, and reporting across product, integration, and technical testing streams
Ensuring technical test conditions are met through strong software configuration management practices
Providing continuous feedback to the Scrum team to improve testability, quality, and design of new features




Acting as a trusted quality partner within a cross-functional squad (5–7 specialists)

What we’re looking for
Senior-level experience in Automation Testing within Agile / Scrum environments
Strong expertise in end-to-end automated test design and execution
Solid understanding of risk-based testing methodologies
Strong knowledge of software design principles , software configuration management , and software engineering economics
Comfortable working in a matrix / dotted-line reporting structure , balancing delivery priorities with testing excellence
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
