Role Description:
We're looking for a smart, curious, analytical, data-driven and customer-obsessed Associate Product Manager to join our growing team. You'll own features across our platform — from the web dashboard used by the collection team and the legal head to the FOS mobile app used by field agents and lawyers.
This is a high-impact role where you'll directly influence how India's lending ecosystem recovers debt — faster, cheaper, and more ethically.
What You'll Do
→ Own product roadmap for assigned modules (Client journey, FOS App, Notice Automation, Legal case Management, Automation for collection and Legal)
→ Conduct user research with collection managers, legal teams & field agents & lawyers
→ Write PRDs, user stories & acceptance criteria
→ Collaborate with Engineering & Design to ship on time
→ Define success metrics and drive feature adoption
→ Analyse usage data to identify optimisation opportunities
Must-Have:
1-3 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Consulting
Comfortable with SQL, Excel, and analytics tools.
Communication: Can articulate complex workflows simply
Customer Empathy: Genuinely curious about user problems
Ownership: Takes accountability for outcomes, not just tasks
Technical Background: Better engineering collaboration
Education: Bachelor's in Business/Engineering, CS, Law, or related field
Nice-to-Have:
FinTech/Lending Experience: Faster domain ramp-up
Legal/Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of RBI guidelines
Mobile App PM Experience: FOS app ownership(Collection Agents/ Lawyers)
Technical Background: Better engineering collaboration
Agile/JIRA/Figma: Faster tool adoption
