Preferred Qualification: M. Com / Professional Certifications/ CMA
Salary : upto 8LPA

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Accounts Manager with 15-18 years of
experience in the manufacturing industry who can lead and manage the accounts
team independently. The candidate should be well-versed in financial reporting,
taxation, audits, and managing group company accounts, with a strong
understanding of industry compliances and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all accounting operations of group companies.
Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports.
Finalize Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
Handle Export & Import documentation processes.
File GST returns, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory reports.
Prepare and review budgets, revenue, expenses, payroll entries, invoices, and other




financial documents.
Monitor and control company expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
Maintain accounting ledgers and perform periodic account reconciliations.
Generate and manage collection and disbursement reports.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
Handle Bank reconciliations, loan renewals, Letters of Credit (L.C), Bank Guarantees
(B.G), and Packing Credit Loans (PCL).
Ensure compliance for tax audits, company audits, and GST audits.
Manage and respond to tax/GST assessments.
Function as an internal auditor to ensure financial accuracy and process integrity.
Exhibit solid communication skills for effective internal and external coordination.
Willingness to travel to factory locations as required.
