Job Title - AGM - Quality Garments
Location - Tiruppur

Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for technical audits and implementation of quality systems and procedures
· Thorough knowledge of Garment construction, aesthetic and physical appearance of the fabric
· All test parameter of fabric, garment and all accessories
· Continuously review the quality evaluation and procedures and take decisions based on the data
· Conduct trainings and seminars for vendors, internal quality controllers, factory quality controllers,
managers in Quality Standards.
· Evaluate, train and improve the vendors, quality controllers on standards whichever falls beyond the
acceptable Quality level
· Conduct product training for newly joined marketing staffs, ASM and RSM levels
· Product risk analysis
· Approval of the tech pack and conducting the meeting for all Quality Controllers to implant quality
requirement
· Frequent audits to factories to evaluate quality parameters
· Evaluate current development, marketing samples
· Right first time quality (RFT) should be greater than 98%
· Control the percentage of Defect Per Hundred Units (DHU)

Educational Qualification
· Graduate with Garment Technology/Apparel/Textiles

Work Experience
· Minimum 12-17 yrs of relevant experience in Quality field of Garment Industry
· Minimum 5 yrs in Sr. Manager role

Functional Skills
· Basic pattern and sewing knowledge
· Essential knowledge of quality software and ERP
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Thorough knowledge in developing, reviewing SOP’s and all international quality standards
· Fabric chemical processing skills and testing
