About the position

As a Product Manager, you'll own the P&L; for exciting, custom-built products for top Fortune 500 companies. These self-service apps range from performance monitoring to advanced analytics and are tailored to each client. You'll be part of the thrilling 0-to-1 journey, overseeing over 30+ products in development, with some already delivering 3x-5x ROI within their first year. Lead a talented team of data scientists, engineers, designers, and BAs to create groundbreaking products that transform how people work.

you will also dive deep into technical collaboration, working alongside our talented technical architects to design and refine system architectures. Job Responsibilities

Technical Oversight
Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable, and robust data pipelines that process large volumes of structured and unstructured data from diverse sources (databases, APIs, logs, third-party services).
Data Warehousing: Develop and maintain data warehouses or data lakes that store integrated data from multiple sources, ensuring that the data is clean, consistent, and easily accessible for analysis and reporting.
Data Transformation: Write and optimize complex ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to clean, transform, and load data into the target systems, ensuring data quality and integrity.
Custom Product Development: Proficiency in designing the architecture (custom web applications leveraging cloud services), building the application and managing the production rollout
DevOps Strategy:



Complete understanding of DevOps & CI/CD pipeline strategy to effectively manage the promotion of product build from lower to higher environments
Cloud Services: Leverage cloud services for building and maintaining the custom products, optimizing the cost aspect as well
Quality Assurance: Create unit and functional test cases for product features, automation test suite and interpretation of QA reports for promotion to production Environments

Product Development
Product Development Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features that solve user problems and drive product innovation.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with key business and technical stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and user stories. Communicate product plans and progress effectively across teams.
Market & User Research: Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to validate product ideas, understand customer needs, and identify new opportunities. Ensure that the product addresses real-world problems and delivers a seamless user experience.

Required Tech Stack

5 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
Experience working with design teams to develop UI/UX prototypes
Familiarity with front-end (e.g., HTML, CSS, React), back-end technologies (e.g., Python, APIs)
Exposure to cloud platforms & services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
