Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive, Inside Sales, to support our sales operations and internal coordination. The role involves managing inside sales activities, maintaining accurate stock and order records, and ensuring smooth processing through ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities




· Manage inside sales operations , including order follow-ups and coordination with the sales team
· Prepare and maintain stock management and sales reports
· Handle Purchase Order (PO) placements with vendors
· Create and process Proforma Invoices (PI) accurately and on time
· Update and manage transactions in the ERP system
· Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, logistics) to ensure smooth order execution
· Maintain data accuracy and timely documentation

Required Skills & Experience
· 3–4 years of relevant experience in inside sales or sales operations
· Education: any graduate
· Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Hands-on experience with ERP systems
· Good communication and coordination skills
· High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
