Be That Space is looking for an experienced and creative Team Lead – Design Cell to drive high-quality commercial office fit-out projects from concept to completion. If you are passionate about workplace design, leadership, and innovation, this role is for you!

Role & Responsibilities
Oversee creation of design concepts, layouts, 3D models, and detailed drawings for office interiors
Ensure designs align with client briefs, industry standards, and regulatory norms
Review and approve materials, finishes, and design proposals
Lead the complete design process from concept development to project completion




Manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget
Coordinate closely with clients to understand requirements and vision
Conduct regular design reviews, site visits, and quality inspections
Maintain proper project documentation, communication records, and reports
Provide creative direction to ensure innovation and top design quality
Required Candidate Profile
Qualification: M.Arch / B.Arch / G.D. Arch
Interior Design / Interior Architecture from a reputed institute
Proven experience in commercial office fit-out design
Strong hand sketching skills (plus)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
Mandatory expertise in AutoCAD and SketchUp
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide teams successfully
