Role Overview:
Design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and professional growth. Focus on leadership development, manager readiness, and organizational capability building.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and facilitate leadership development programs for aspiring and first-time managers/leaders across US/EMEA/APAC regions
Deliver current hire orientation, manager readiness workshops , and skill-building sessions
Create training programs for aspiring leaders to build essential management competencies
Develop engaging content using modern instructional design principles
Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics




Partner with leaders to identify training needs and align programs with business goals
Drive continuous learning culture and stay updated on talent development trends
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or related field
5+ years in training, facilitation, or talent development
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
Experience designing leadership and management training programs
Proficiency in LMS and training tools
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Preferred:
Expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
Leadership coaching or change management background
Training certifications (ATD, CPTD)
Experience with eLearning and virtual training platforms
