Oracle GSC is hiring for Project Manager for EPM Practice. Candidate with EPM hands-on is preferred with strong project management experience.
Candidates with strong experience in project management in ERP can apply too.

Experience - 12 years an above
Project management experience - minimum 5 years

Whether you’re onsite or sharing your expertise via the cloud, you’ll deliver top-class support and inspire customer loyalty. As an EPM Project Manager, you will:
Plan and implement projects
Create & manage project plans
Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is explicit on objectives
Deliver and implement EPM cloud solutions
Help project team with the design and development tasks
Lead process of issue identification and resolution
Manage risk tracking process
Monitor and manage scope
Manage all documentation
Work multiple projects simultaneously
Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors
Project Manager is responsible for developing and managing Cloud Application projects and their cost, time and scope. Responsibilities include: Delivery Ownership End to End , project plan, communication plan, allocating tasks and setting milestone.
As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.




Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.

Overall 12+ years of experience
Seven or more years project management experience in I.T in EPM Project implementations preferably 3-4 cloud implementations.
PMP certifications required. ITIL or ITSM certifications added adv.

Customer-focused mindset
Knowledge of related PM software tools but not limited to JIRA,MSPP MS Excel, etc
