Role Description

This is a full-time in office role based in Warangal for a Mobile Repair Technician. The primary responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing various mobile device issues, conducting diagnostic tests, and replacing defective components such as screens, batteries, and internal hardware parts. The role also involves ensuring devices are repaired to meet quality standards, maintaining tools and equipment in good condition, and providing excellent customer service to address client concerns and questions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in mobile device diagnostics and repairs, including screen replacement, battery replacement, and resolving software issues




Hands-on experience handling tools and equipment used in mobile phone repair processes
Strong knowledge of different operating systems such as iOS and Android
Good communication and customer service skills to explain repair processes and solutions to clients
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision when dealing with small components
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision
Prior experience in mobile device repair or a related technical field is a plus
Relevant certifications or training in mobile repair or electronics is an advantage
