Senior Structural Engineer (PEB, LGSF & RCC)

Are you a technical powerhouse in structural design with a knack for precision? We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to lead our complex engineering projects. This role is perfect for a professional who excels in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Cold-Formed Steel, backed by a solid foundation in RCC design.

As a key member of our design team, you won't just be "drawing"—you will be managing the entire technical lifecycle, from quantity estimation and tendering to final site audits and client sign-offs.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Structural Design: Execute end-to-end design for PEB, LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Framing), and RCC structures.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare high-quality Detailed Project Reports (DPR) and technical documentation for client approval.

Fabrication & Quality Control: Perform rigorous checks on Steel Fabrication drawings and conduct on-site audits for structural fabrication and erection.

Quantity Surveying: Manage Steel & RC quantity estimation for tendering and prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for PEB/LGSF projects.

Stakeholder Management:



Directly handle the client sign-off process for structural designs and coordinate with external vetting authorities.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following strict criteria:

Education: A Full-time Master’s Degree (ME / M.Tech / MS) or PhD in Structural Engineering is mandatory.

Core Technical Experience (Last 3 Years):

Structural Engineering in PEB.
RCC Design.
Steel Fabrication Drawing checking.
Quantity Estimation for Tendering.
Structural Design DPR Preparation.
Specialized Experience (Last 2 Years):
Design of LGSF / Cold-Formed Structures.
PEB / LGSF Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation.
Structural Fabrication & Erection Audits.
Securing Client Sign-off on Structural Designs.

Preferred Advantages

Experience handling large-scale PEB projects valued between ₹45–50 Cr.
Proven track record of having designs vetted by IIT or NIT.
