Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven professional to promote and sell the company’s products/services to potential customers over calls. The ideal candidate should have tele-sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to close sales by understanding customer needs.

Promote and sell the company’s products/services to prospective customers through tele calling.
Understand customer requirements, explain suitable offerings, and close sales effectively.
Learn the company’s products/services and clearly explain benefits to potential customers.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers to ensure trust and repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including calls, follow-ups, lead status, and deal closures.




Share regular updates with the Team Leader on performance, progress, challenges, and customer feedback.
Develop and maintain strong product knowledge, especially related to packages/services offered.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of tele-sales experience (mandatory).
Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented and focused on achieving sales results.
Ability to work under sales pressure in a target-driven environment.
Understanding and ability to sell packages/services, preferably in Healthcare.
Strong follow-up and closing skills.
