We’re hiring a Senior Performance Marketer who understands that ads are not expenses, they are systems .
This role is for someone with strong hands-on experience in an agency environment , who can manage budgets, scale accounts, and align performance with business outcomes across multiple brands.
You’ll own performance strategy, not just dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns
Manage multiple client accounts and monthly budgets
Build and refine performance funnels (Awareness to Conversion)
Collaborate with creative and content teams for better ROAS
Track,



analyze, and report performance metrics
Drive scaling, experimentation, and continuous optimization

What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in performance marketing within an agency
Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
Experience handling multiple brands and budgets
Data-driven mindset with strategic thinking
Comfortable in an on-site, fast-moving agency environment

Understands modern audience targeting dynamics, including the shift from interest-based targeting to creative-led performance strategies
