We are looking for a results-focused leader to scale our D2C business across e-commerce and quick commerce, with full ownership of revenue, margins, and outcomes.

What You’ll Do:-
Scale sub-₹1,000 D2C products while maintaining CAC at ₹300–350 with strong unit economics.
Own the end-to-end ecommerce funnel: acquisition, PDP, checkout, fulfilment, and retention.
Drive growth through CRO, bundling, cross-sell, upsell, and repeat-purchase programs without heavy discounting.
Lead quick commerce performance, including assortment planning, pricing alignment, inventory velocity, and last-mile delivery optimisation.
Manage COD operations to keep refunds and RTO below 20% through optimized confirmations and logistics.




Improve AOV and conversion through continuous testing of pricing, offers, and creatives.
Track performance at the contribution margin and P&L; level.
Scale to 10,000+ monthly orders while protecting margins and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:-
4–5 years of experience in scaling a D2C brand to 10,000+ monthly orders (e-commerce and/or quick commerce).
Robust command of unit economics, contribution margins, and ecommerce P&L.;
Hands-on experience with CRO, retention, COD, and post-purchase operations.
Clear execution mindset with ownership and data-driven decision-making.
