A leading architectural practice is looking to hire an Architect with 3-4 years of strong experience in GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, detailed documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination for projects based in Greater Kailash, Delhi. This role involves working on complex, large-scale projects and preparing & coordinating closely with MEP and Structural teams to deliver accurate, buildable construction documents.

Project Typology
You will contribute to projects such as:
Commercial and institutional buildings
Residential and mixed-use developments
Large-scale architectural and urban projects
Projects requiring high levels of technical detailing and coordination

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review GFC architectural drawings in line with project standards and specifications.
Develop detailed working drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
Coordinate with MEP and Structural consultants to resolve clashes and ensure interdisciplinary integration.
Ensure drawings align with design intent, local building codes, and regulatory requirements.




Participate in design coordination meetings and incorporate consultant and client feedback.
Support site teams by responding to RFIs and providing drawing clarifications.
Maintain accurate documentation, drawing registers, and version control systems.
Assist in constructability reviews and value engineering exercises when required.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory).
3–4 years of professional experience in architectural practice.
Robust knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methods.
Hands-on experience with MEP and Structural drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
Understanding of GFC documentation standards.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail.

Work Schedule
Location: Greater Kailash, Delhi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday
