Job Description
We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Executive with robust hands-on experience in cataloging, order processing, and marketplace operations across Indian and International marketplaces .
The ideal candidate should have end-to-end operational knowledge of platforms such as Amazon (India) and Amazon Global / Walmart / Best Buy / Shopify / B2B portals like IndiaMART.
This is a core execution role requiring ownership, accuracy, speed, and the ability to scale operations smoothly.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, IndiaMART.
Handle product cataloging and listing management , including SKU creation, variations, images, content optimisation, and error resolution.




Oversee order processing, invoicing, dispatch coordination , and SLA adherence.
Monitor and manage inventory accuracy , stock movement, and replenishment planning across marketplaces.
Handle returns, refunds, replacements, claims , and ensure strong account health metrics .
Coordinate with marketplace support teams and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and policy compliance.
Maintain Weekly/Monthly MIS reports on sales, orders, inventory, and operational performance.
Ensure 100% adherence to marketplace policies , preventing penalties and account suspensions

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
3–5 years of relevant experience in:
Marketplace operations
Cataloging & order processing
Experience in both Indian and International marketplaces is highly preferred
Team Management skills to effectively lead and motivate team members
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus
